• Acceptance: We believe that everyone has unique gifts and talents and strive to create an environment where everyone is welcomed and accepted for who they are as a person.
• Involving: People learn best when they are engaged so we continually offer opportunities for members to get involved – at or delivering workshops, in contributing to the annual calendar of events and in running WiLL.
• Integrity: Integrity has two meanings within WiLL. The first is about creating space to be ourselves, to be able to say and reveal what we really feel. The second is about being true to our word and honest and straightforward in our dealings – with each other, with sponsors and guests, and anyone else we come into contact with.
• Nurturing: One of WiLL’s objectives is to develop womens’ confidence, so we are open and supportive with each other which creates a nurturing environment where we can feel safe in asking questions and showing we don’t have all the answers.
• Energising: We know that people learn best when they are enjoying themselves and feeling energised so we seek to run events that enable us to be creative and to have fun together.
• Growth: We are passionate about enabling you to grow. We believe that if you grow as a person, you will naturally develop networks and relationships with people and, in turn, start to see more opportunities to grow your business.
