Members

Members have been attracted from a number of different businesses in the North East. Employed and self-employed the range is diverse in profession, age, career and aspiration. This effectively enables a stimulant to broadening networks, perspectives and support within the group, providing breadth and a range of views, experience and knowledge.

We recognise that the objectives and aspiration of each may also vary and actively encourage this. To that end, the agenda set for each session is adapted to cater for diversity. However, the basis for any agenda is that the members have two things in common - all female and all juggling a personal and a work life and are encountering the stresses and strains they may bring.
