New Year, New You

As it is the New Year we’re looking forward to the future and all making resolutions which we hope we can stick to. With this in mind, and our theme of paying it forward, we’ve tailored this months meeting around reflecting on our learning from 2009 and setting our own personal and group goals for 2010, we’re going to get rid of the old and bring in some new in the form of a clothes swap.
We’re all going to bring in some item of clothing or accessories that we no longer want and put them into a ‘heap’, in doing this we’re not only getting rid of an old item but also casting off something (a habit/idea) that no longer serves us. We’re then going to select something new from the ‘heap’ and with it a new goal, a new way of being or something new we are going to take on this coming year.
