In this session, our very own Linda Turnbull, holistic therapist, will demonstrate and give practical guidance on how to keep your mind, body and spirit healthy and connected.  If your resolution is to make 2009 your healthiest year yet, then this session is a must!

DIRECTIONS

From the A1….. Take Cramlington slip road at Seaton Burn, Holiday Inn roundabout heading onto the A19. There is a slip road about 1/2 mile along there marked Cramlington - the Northumberland Business Park, new offices, is also marked on the signpost.  Take that slip road and stay in the right hand lane as you will need to come all the way round the roundabout and back over the A19 on the bridge.  Once over the bridge there is a roundabout immediately and you will need to turn left there.  (Tommy Tippee factory is on the right!).  Once you have turned left you will immediately see the new office blocks on the left, turn left at a small roundabout bringing you into Silverton Court and mine is the one straight in front of you. Number 2!So from the A19 or the A189……You will come to the Moor Farm roundabout; Somerfield garage, McDonalds and the beefeater are all on that roundabout.  The Northumberland Business Park, new offices, is again signposted.  However you will need to take the turn off as if you were going to go towards Somerfield.  However continue along that road until you come to a small roundabout and turn right into Silverton court, then as above the office is straight ahead.  If you miss the turn off from the roundabout and end up going along the A19 towards the A1 don't worry there is a slip road 200 yards which will bring you up to the roundabout by the Tommy Tippee factory and then follow instructions as above.
