Please Help Claire Coates to Raise Money for the British Heart Foundation

'On 31st October I am taking part in a 100km trek across the Sahara Desert to raise much needed cash for the British Heart Foundation.  This charity means alot to me as my father died of the disease aged only 52 and therefore I would like to raise as much as possible for the Foundation.
 
This will be a huge challenge for me and I have already started a 16 week training program in preparation of the event which will take 6 days to complete.
